We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), Visa and Mastercard, and Cash on Delivery for orders within Kigali.
Most deliveries within Kigali are completed in 20–60 minutes depending on distance, traffic, and vendor preparation time. You can track your rider in real time.
You may cancel within 5 minutes of placing your order, provided the vendor has not yet started preparing it. Modifications can be made by contacting our support team before preparation begins.
Full refunds are issued for cancelled orders and undelivered items. Partial refunds may apply for missing or incorrect items. Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days to the original payment method.
Navigate to your order history, select the order, and tap "Report an Issue". Alternatively, submit a support ticket from the Help & Support screen in the app or email us at support@ntwaza.com. Please include photos where applicable.
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Location data is shared only with your assigned rider during active deliveries and is never sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
